Inside this review
Superior and Executive do not describe the same view
The official Superior page lists individually controlled air conditioning, a safe, minibar, tea and coffee facilities and a private bathroom. Superior Sky is presented as a higher-floor city-view category. These are more precise distinctions than assuming every room above street level has a sweeping river panorama.
Executive Superior Sky is described by Eastin as being on its highest floors, with an expressway view, king or twin bedding, lounge access and a shower-only bathroom. That last detail matters to anyone expecting a bathtub. The lounge benefit and the outlook should be considered separately: paying for the former does not turn this category into the river-facing option.
For a different outlook, the official Executive Deluxe description identifies a corner room with a Mahanakhon view and a king bed. Premium Executive Deluxe instead highlights a high-floor corner position facing the Chao Phraya, with a daybed and workspace. Eastin also specifies a one-time minibar inclusion for that Premium category; it should not be read as daily replenishment or a benefit of every room.
The official lounge policy adds a limit that matters for a third guest: the listed Executive benefits cover two registered guests per room, with additional charges for another person. Children are welcome under supervision, and a smart-casual dress code excludes swimwear, bathrobes and similar pool clothing. A family should compare the room’s sleeping capacity with lounge entitlements instead of assuming they are the same thing.
What recent guests actually describe
A September 2026 Superior Sky guest on Trip.com described the pool on the fourteenth floor and the hotel’s dining options positively. This is evidence of that guest’s experience of the shared facilities, rather than a guarantee of the same atmosphere or available seating on another date.
The July 2026 Superior Sky account puts particular emphasis on the BTS link and access towards Saphan Taksin. Together, these reviews support choosing Eastin for the combination of an elevated room and practical transport. They do not establish the sound level, mattress condition or view from every Superior Sky room, and they should not be used as evidence for the Executive lounge.
Who will get most from the room choice
A couple seeking a bath and a river outlook should compare the actual bathroom and view description before selecting an Executive rate. A solo visitor who wants the lounge but spends the day out may make a different choice, accepting the expressway view in Executive Superior Sky. The category name alone does not settle either decision.
Eastin’s strongest case is therefore the combination of a specific transport connection and clearly differentiated accommodation. It offers an alternative to a temple-district guesthouse for visitors who want a larger city hotel. The compromise is an onward trip to the historic sites; the reward is direct access to the BTS from the property itself.
