Take the boats at the pier behind Pak Nam Police Station servicing twice a day at 09.00 hr and 14.00 hr, about 2 hours to Koh Phayam.
Feature :
A large island in Ranong Sea, a Sub district of Muang District having the population of about 500. There are the school, health center and small roads linking each beach together. The villagers’ occupations are fishery and agriculture especially growing cashew nuts, Koh Phayam’s most popular product.

Many beautiful beaches around the island:
Yai Bay,the most beautiful bay located about 4.5km from the pier having clean white sandy beach sloped to the sea. The wide beach is suitable for swimming and can see Koh Kam and Koh Surin of Phang Nga right from the beach.
West of the pier about 3.5km is Khao Kwai Bay, a long curved bay of buffalo horn shape with pretty clean bright yellow sand. This area is the most wonderful sunset viewpoint of the island.
At the east is the location of Mae Mai Bay of clean bright yellow sand and crystal clear water. From here you can see Ranong coast which is not very far.
Facilities :
Some bungalows and resorts are available, not luxurious but comfortable for the island life.
